More than twenty higher education institutions (HEIs) are supporting the launch of the Wildlife Philippines Podcast on November 6, 2020 by the Partnership for Biodiversity Conservation (PBC).
This biodiversity conservation partnership is an initiative of the U.S. Government through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the United States Department of the Interior – Technical Assistance Program (US DOI-ITAP).
Wildlife Philippines is streaming on Spotify, Google Podcasts and Apple Podcasts.The podcast channel is a collective response to raise awareness and engage the youth on biodiversity conservation and wildlife protection.
Through this platform, PBC 3 will bolster support to achieve sustainable natural resource based development in the country with learning and advocacy through ICT and education and on-demand application.
The Wildlife Philippines supports the local and national initiatives on natural resource management by delivering consumable and responsive information on Philippine ecosystems, animal and plant species, environmental issues, and successful environmental initiatives in the country
